Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at hsiangkunshih@outlook.com before sending the item. Approved returns must be sent to: 280 W Deer Park Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order information and photos when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and provide instructions.

Exceptions and non-returnable items
Opened consumables, pet treats or supplements, personal-care goods, custom or personalized products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. After the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, with any original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact hsiangkunshih@outlook.com.
